This policy explains what SuperCompare AI collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We collect the account details needed for sign-in, entitlement and support, billing status received from Polar, and limited product diagnostics. Telemetry is designed to exclude prompt text, file contents, and direct identity fields.
How the extension handles your content
The extension sends the prompts and files you choose from your browser to the AI services you select, using your existing sessions with those services. Each selected AI service handles that content under its own terms and privacy policy.
Local browser data
History, templates, selected services, and custom-site settings are stored locally in your browser unless a feature explicitly states otherwise. Removing the extension or clearing browser storage may delete that data.
Service providers
We use service providers for authentication, payment processing, hosting, analytics, and error monitoring. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their functions and operate under their own data-protection obligations.
Retention and security
We retain account, payment-status, and support records only as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We apply technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible account data. You can also remove locally stored extension data through your browser. Contact the privacy address below to submit a request.
